YES, you can make homemade frozen yogurt with only a few good ingredients and no ice cream. Simply add the mango and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor, mix until smooth and freeze. Unlike the yogurt shop you know and love, my recipes are not loaded with sweeteners and artificial flavors. It only takes 5 minutes to make, and if you want, you could even eat it without freezing.
My mango and lime ice cream Yogurt recipe has only a few simple ingredients, fruit, yogurt, honey and natural flavors like lime. It contains only natural sugars that come from fruits and honey. It is a great pleasure if you try to lighten things and reduce calories.
